Just joined the world of ATC artist and am so addicted

I was invited last weekend to an ATC group that meets quarterly and have now dove head first into making ATC's. Recently I had purchased a bunch of brand new dies and a ACCUCUT MARK IV machine that was listed on craigslist. Turns out there is a die for the ATC cards and also one for a layer to go on the card. This will make cutting them a breeze. I am quite sure I will take cards with me and do ATC's with the wonderful senior citizens I do paperkrafts with. Imagine they will love them as much as I do. I just moved into my craft room at work so we now have an offical room to do crafts with the ladies and create till our hearts content. I have gotten them into cardmaking and they really enjoy this. Several years ago we were in Toronto and as we were visiting China Town I was able to get some chinese print newspapers. Just today I used some of that on my ATC's along with chinese rubberstamp images. They came out really well and I especially loved an image of a girl under her umbrella with chinese symbol next to it. I stamped a row of chinese laterns above it and am quite pleased with the final outcome. I have a friend who has done ATC's for years and now I know why she is so hooked on them. They are so fun to make. I am really enjoying using the ephemra that I have collected for these tiny works of art.
